DRIVING DIRECTIONS
- From 270 South, Old Des Peres Road route:
- Exit on Manchester Road (MO-100) WEST
- Take the Des Peres Road ramp (first exit off Manchester West)
- Take a RIGHT at the traffic light and go straight until you reach the roundabout
- Take a LEFT at the roundabout (second exit) and proceed straight
- Take a RIGHT into the Rosalita’s and Vista Dermatology parking lot
- From 270 South, Manchester Road route:
- Turn LEFT onto Westmark Drive
- Turn LEFT onto Manchester EAST
- Merge into the far right lane on Manchester East
- Turn RIGHT immediately after the Circle K gas station on the right
- Rosalita’s and Vista Dermatology will be on your LEFT
- From 270 North, Dougherty Ferry route (recommended):
- Exit LEFT on Dougherty Ferry Road
- Turn RIGHT on Des Peres Road
- Go STRAIGHT through the roundabout
- Take a RIGHT into the Rosalita’s and Vista Dermatology parking lot
